OUR STORY:

A Fusion of Cultures

Simple Peruvian is inspired by the rich history of Asian migration to Peru. In the mid-19th century, Chinese laborers arrived, followed by Japanese immigrants in the late 19th and early 20th centuries. These communities brought rich culinary traditions that blended seamlessly with local Peruvian flavors, creating unique fusion cuisines. This is the essence of cultural harmony.

The 1980s marked another wave of Asian migration, further enhancing the cultural and culinary integration. At Simple Peruvian, we celebrate this harmonious blend, offering a menu that reflects the best of both worlds, showcasing culinary innovation.
